My mall is an app focused on booking services with service providers, at your convenience.
The app should be extremely easy to navigate for all the users and should incorporate the brand colors with as much creativity as possible
I faced the challenge of deadlines, design elements and the product owner who was extremely busy.
The sector for service booking is already extremely flooded, so this product had to stand out from the rest.

I decided to do rapid prototyping combined with sprint designs, which I troubleshot with the lead-dev, in order to make detailed notes for the product owner.
This gave us enough time for me to finish the customer-facing Ui design systems to hand over to the devs, while they set up the prototyped structure.
I suggested a workflow system where we tackle the customer-facing app problems and route the findings back to the portal and business-facing app.
This gave me a chance to continue the sprint while the devs had work to do.
I needed to navigate in a multitude of areas, focussing on brand development, service design, Ux structure setup, Interaction design and micro-animations.
